Our Milestone

The journey of LinovHR to contribute to the development of the HR world began with the launch of LinovHR version 1. In its initial version, LinovHR provided on-premise HR solutions for clients in digitizing human capital management.

2016

In the third year, LinovHR introduced version 2 with significant enhancements to meet companies requirements for effective HR operational management.

Additionally, during the same period, LinovHR launched Payroll Service to provide precise and prompt handling of payroll, compensation, and employee taxation needs, managed by expert payroll specialists.

2017

With the ongoing introduction of innovations, LinovHR consistently earns the trust of numerous companies. This is demonstrated by LinovHR’s successful implementation in over 50 companies this year.

2018

Observing the trends and evolving demands of HR management, LinovHR introduces version 3 with several enhancements.

2020

After focusing on the development of on-premise HRIS software in previous years, LinovHR ventured into cloud-based HRIS software this year. This decision was driven by the increasing demand from companies to digitize HR processes and adopt new working methods.

2021

As companies seek broader solutions for managing human resources beyond administrative tasks, LinovHR, an all-in-one HCMS software, launches version 4, incorporating enhancements in performance, scalability, security, and a range of other functionalities.

2024

Innovation remains ongoing, with LinovHR currently in the midst of crafting version 5, set to introduce major feature enhancements designed to cater to diverse requirements in agile human resource and talent management.
